The Board
The board’s responsibility is to decide on the matters of the guild and to ensure continuity. The board has weekly meetings usually held at the guild room. The meetings consist of going through and deciding on important matters. All the members of the guild are free to join the meetings and they can bring up anything that concerns them. With matters concerning the board and its operation you can contact the Chair of the Board.

- Leads the conversation in guilds and boards meetings
- Works as contact person for corporations and organizations of metallurgy and material science
- Represents the guild in different kinds of events organized by corporations, organizations and third parties
- Organizes, leads, motivates and encourages the board of the guild as well as guild members to execute ideas that originates within the guild
- First and foremost enables the wellbeing of the guilds members
- Works as the primary contact person of the guild
- Represents the guild in AYY’s Council
